Active Airbnb / short-term rental
Turnover after every guest — no exceptions. On top of that, a deep clean every 60–90 days keeps grout, ovens and glass from ever falling behind.
Second home used 2–4x per month
Biweekly is the sweet spot. It keeps dust, moisture and mountain grit from building up between stays.
Primary residence
Weekly if you have kids, pets or work from home. Biweekly for smaller households. Monthly plus a quarterly deep is the minimum we recommend for any home in Avon or Vail.
